Rental Terms and Conditions.
1)One day rent means 24 hours ,two hours grace period is given as to return the car otherwise full day charge shell will be applied.
2)In case of confiscation of the vehicle hirer shall be responsible to bear all the fees / fines and value of the vehicle .
3)Hirer hereby acknowledges that he/she has fully inspected the car checked it’s serviceability and accepted the car as it’s present condition and will return in same condition at the end of the Rental Agreement.
4)The vehicle was delivered to hirer in good condition as per check out inspection and hirer undertakes to keep sufficient level of fuel ,water and oil in vehicle.
5) In case of an accident resulting from the driver/ hirer being under the influence of alcohol or any other substitute having the same effect then the hirer has to pay complete compensation for the damages occurred to the vehicle and any legal cost involved to release the car.
6) Hirer is not allowed to take a vehicle for repairs , should inform Lessor for any service required,( All repairs should be done at agency workshop only.).
7)Hirer is not allowed to handover or give up possession of the vehicle to any other person. 8)Hirer has to visit Lessor office for extension of contract , collection , delivery , service etc.
9)The Lessor is not responsible for any cash or valuables belonging to the hirer that may be lost whilst the vehicle is in hirer’s possession or after the entire period of the hire when the car is returned back to Lessor. 10) The Renter is allowed to drive 150 km/day on the hiring of three days to more and on one to days 100km /day is allowed . Above that will be charged $0.50 /km or $0.80/km depending on the vehicle hired.
11)In the event that the vehicle has a fault let’s say the problem is not on the hirer’s side we will bring our mechanic to fix the vehicle
